David routinely tries numerous matters to verdict each year throughout the state.
David also works with businesses to help them avoid future litigation, regularly meeting with employers’ HR and safety staffs to develop guidelines designed to reduce claims and better prepare for claims that do arise.

David is married with two children. He and his family are parishioners at Holy Spirit Catholic Church where David teaches Sunday School and is an avid supporter of and volunteer for Catholic Prison Ministry.
